Overview
eDPI Calculator, available at https://edpicalculator.in/, provides free gaming mouse sensitivity tools. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use our calculators, share a result or contact us.
Information processed by our calculators
Normal eDPI, cm/360 and sensitivity calculations run in your browser using JavaScript. Values entered into the calculator forms are not submitted to our server merely to calculate a result. You do not need an account to use the tools.
If you choose to share settings, the website may create a URL containing the selected game, DPI and sensitivity. Anyone with that URL can see those settings. Shared URLs may also appear in browser history and in the logs of services that receive a request for the URL. Do not put confidential information in shared links.
Information you submit through the contact form
When you send a message through our contact page, we process the name, email address and message you provide so we can respond, review corrections, handle requests and protect the form against abuse.
Messages may be delivered to and stored in the website's email mailbox. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information.
The contact form uses a temporary PHP session for request verification and basic rate limiting. Its session cookie is used for form security rather than advertising.
Hosting, security and server logs
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, timestamps and server error details.
This is used to deliver the website, diagnose problems, investigate abuse and maintain security. Shared calculator links may be included in requested URLs recorded in server logs.
Advertising and analytics
Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled through this website's standard configuration. This version also does not intentionally load a third-party analytics service. We do not use calculator entries to build advertising profiles.
If advertising or analytics is enabled in the future, we will update this notice and our Cookie Policy to identify the services and their data practices, and implement any legally required consent controls before enabling relevant tracking.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by our hosting provider, email service provider and technical service providers as necessary to operate and secure the website.
We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or to respond to legitimate security incidents. We do not intentionally publish contact form messages.
Data retention
Contact correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for responding, maintaining records or resolving issues.
Server logs and temporary session data are retained according to operational settings and the applicable provider's policies. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for data held by infrastructure providers.
Your privacy choices
You can use the calculators without sending us a contact message. You can also avoid sharing a settings link.
To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with a contact message, or ask a privacy question, use our contact page.
We will review requests in accordance with applicable law; certain records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
Children's privacy
This website provides general gaming utilities. It is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, please contact us so we can review the request.

We link to game-related resources and third-party websites for additional information. Those websites control their own privacy practices, which we do not manage.
